The GYIM-DAR-60 low-voltage DC insulation monitor monitors the insulation resistance between the positive and negative poles and ground in 10~60VDC floating DC systems. It measures 0KΩ~2MΩ, supports RS485 communication with MODBUS RTU protocol, has a built-in self-test function and carries the TUV-CE certified label on this website. GYIM-DAR-60 DC Insulation Monitor features insulation monitoring start/stop control. When insulation monitoring is enabled, it can monitor the insulation resistance between the positive and negative poles and ground in real time. The monitoring results are not affected by DC voltage fluctuations or the symmetry of positive and negative insulation resistance.

Besides insulation resistance and DC voltage monitoring, the GYIM-DAR-60 supports a resistance threshold alarm, voltage-to-ground monitoring and PE wire disconnection detection. A broken PE connection matters on low-voltage DC systems because the protective earth is the reference the insulation measurement relies on. The module is compatible with a 12VDC or 24VDC supply and states a monitoring cycle of 0.7s to 2s, with accuracy within 1% under low ground capacitance.
